We are currently pursuing the creation and implementation of several different projects for the future of the NPO Such as:

1. An international cooperation providing Assistant Language Teachers (ALT)

2. A green tourism:

3. Organization of homestay in foreign countries

4. International tourism (inbound)

   • This will involve the creation of a new Ryoukan (Japanese Inn) in the Okuma district of the Miyagi prefecture and offering many tourism activities within this small farming community​

5. Creation of a sister school relationship in Canada

6. A community support assisting seniors, gardening

   • On the first and fourth Friday of every month the Students of the KDA program will be taken out for an hour to perform community service duties.

7. New local products provided support to emerging business or local specialties

   • We are currently investigating the viability of the creation of resin-jewelry using the local product of acerola as the main component.  ​
